News/2009-01-26 802.11 s/n Protocol Stack Published
Several new modules forming a 802.11 s/n compatible protocol stack simulator have been published on Launchpad. Those include an OFDMA Phy layer, an IP layer, and a 802.11 WLAN data link layer. The 802.11 simulator supports Mesh networks as defined by Tasg Group (TG) s and new features introduces by TGn. The openWNS Users Manual (available at the Documentation page) covers the WiFi Module extensively.
New extended traffic models including Markov Modulated Poisson Process (MMPP) have also been published and are part of the openWNS Module Constanze, see Constanzes Launchpad page.
